The Opportunity

This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

 

What You’ll Do

- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans.

- Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.

- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs.

- Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution.

- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits

- Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.

- Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.

- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.

Required Qualifications

- University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a Medical field

- Preferably minimum 3 years of product management and 6 months of sales experience in the health care industry

- Excellent command of English

- Excellent presentation skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

- Ability to travel
