The Role
In this role you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and execution of technical products that will provide the best in class payment experience for our customers. You’ll help to ensure that our payment processing systems remain cutting-edge, secure, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet our business goals and customer needs.

As a Product Manager, you'll own and drive important product and business challenges throughout their lifecycle—identifying and prioritizing issues, solving them, and designing go-to-market strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core payment processing platform. Align product goals with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance the payment processing platform. Translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks and manage technical dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders including engineering, finance, compliance, and customer support teams. Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view.
- Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and ecosystem players to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
- Launch products: Draft and execute end to end go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing and other stakeholders. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
