Job Description:

Are you passionate about personalization and creating innovative product experiences? We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next phase of personalization and discovery initiatives at Poshmark.
In this role, you will champion a clear product vision, define underlying opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement and business growth. You will manage a diverse feature roadmap and work across all platforms including Android, iOS, Desktop, and Mobile Web. With a strong analytics background and experience in consumer product management, you'll identify key performance indicators, develop actionable insights, and deliver impactful features in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and launch the next generation set of personalization initiatives to further grow user engagement on the platform

  • Identify KPIs and create a framework for measuring user success, productivity, and efficiency

  • Use data analysis, user product requests, and user interviews to determine the root problems our users face and come up with holistic solutions that will scale

  • Lead a team and several product areas: own, develop, and execute a feature roadmap to hit key KPIs and overall business goals

  • Collaborate closely with business partners and leadership to deliver and execute the best set of features that help the user and drives business goals

  • Work closely with design, engineering, and data to drive innovation, productivity and quality while iterating on the product until project goals and targets are met

  • Work on all platforms of the product: Android, iOS, Desktop Web and Mobile Web

  • Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities

  • Have a can-do attitude and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

6-Month Accomplishments: 

  • Identify KPIs and create a metrics framework for measuring feature success

  • Be a champion of your product area

  • Develop and own product roadmap

  • Drive and deliver 3 product features 

  • Implement 1-2 A/B tests with insights and recommendations of next steps
     

Requirements:

  • BS/BA required

  • 5+ years of consumer product management experience 

  • Strong analytics background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings

  • Experience with personalization and discovery for consumer products

  • Must have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented

  • Strong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web products like Poshmark

  • Must have experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver end to end products

Salary Range:

$125,000.00 - $177,500.00 Annual
