We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in 0-1 product development, particularly within the Employee Engagement space. This role focuses on building new products from the ground up, shaping the product vision to help organizations create rewarding and impactful employee experiences. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical expertise and customer insights to deliver innovative solutions that align with Awardco’s mission. In this role, you’ll not only lead the charge in bringing new ideas to life but also help optimize systems that drive company growth, ensuring scalability and efficiency across our operations. Your impact will extend from conceptualizing the product roadmap to delivering features that set the standard for excellence in the employee experience industry.
What you will accomplish:
- Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product lines.
- Build and lead a new team dedicated to developing a groundbreaking product line focused on employee engagement, designed to transform insights into actionable outcomes and close the loop on feedback.
- Define and communicate the product roadmap
- Work with product marketing, engineering, UX, and internal stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Translate customer insights into tangible product features
- Write user stories and requirements for features and functionality
- Make development assignments and ensure Jira tickets are updated correctly
- Help manage project deadlines and key deliverables
- Create and update technical and non-technical documentation as the product evolves
- Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Participate with acceptance testing to ensure new developments meet business outcomes
What you will bring:
- Experience in building product wireframes and managing the product lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems
- Comfortable making customer-focused and data-informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to understand the needs of the customer and translate those needs into exceptional products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Identify market needs using qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in a tech/ software environment
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Friendly, people-oriented personality
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google docs
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
