ABOUT THIS ROLE
Position: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities: Manage products and work cross-functionally within teams to develop and document detailed product requirements. Lead products from design to launch, which includes refining product ideation and product development process strategies for implementation into cross-functional teams throughout the organization. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on deep analysis and alignment with business goals. Assess current and future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with Apex Fintech's customers. Research and communicate the competitive landscape for our industry and emerging market trends. Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for products that will delight customers. Work with customers and senior business leaders to identify and solve product gaps. Mentor and coach junior team members. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% to various worksites within the United States.
Educ./experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role. Experience must include leveraging customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap; establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs); managing strategic partnership across product teams; defining functional and non-functional product requirements; and defining testing frameworks for product features. Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 20% to various worksites within the United States.
