We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Cloud Platform Services to define and drive the product strategy for the cloud platform services that power Esko's SaaS products.

You will own the product direction and roadmap for foundational capabilities such as repository and data services, workflow, search, APIs, and other shared platform services used across multiple Esko products. You will work closely with Architects, Engineering leaders, and Product Managers to identify common platform needs, establish priorities, drive adoption, and translate platform strategy into an executable roadmap.

You must be comfortable engaging with Architects and Engineering leaders on APIs, distributed systems, data architectures, cloud-native services, scalability, reliability, and technical trade-offs.

What You Will Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Cloud Platform Services.

  • Own the product direction for shared capabilities such as repository and data services, workflow, search, APIs, and other foundational platform services.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify common needs and opportunities for reusable platform capabilities.

  • Partner with Architects and Engineering leaders on platform architecture and technical direction, bringing product context to technical decisions and trade-offs.

  • Drive a strong developer experience, making platform capabilities easier to discover, integrate, and adopt.

  • Lead cross-platform planning and align dependencies across Platform Services, IAM, Infrastructure Engineering, and consuming product teams.

  • Balance product needs, platform investments, technical debt, reliability, scalability, and architectural evolution when setting priorities.

  • Define success measures and use adoption, usage, developer experience, reliability, and business outcomes to guide platform investments.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry, including 5+ years in product management for cloud, SaaS, API, developer, or other technically complex software products.

  • Experience owning the strategy and roadmap for platform products or shared services used by multiple products or engineering teams.

  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data stores, multi-tenancy, and cloud-native architectures.

  • Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in architecture and technical design discussions with Architects and senior Engineers, understand trade-offs, and connect technical decisions to product outcomes.

  • Experience with APIs and developer-facing products, including concepts such as API contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, integration patterns, and developer experience.

  • Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize across product capabilities, technical investments, reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

  • Experience defining and using adoption, usage, and outcome metrics to guide product decisions.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience driving alignment across Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical product management, or another hands-on technical role.

  • Experience with developer platforms, API platforms, or shared cloud services.

  • Experience with platform capabilities such as workflow, search, repository/data services, APIs, or integration services.

  • Experience in a multi-product SaaS organization where shared platform capabilities serve multiple products.

What Success Looks Like

  • Cloud Platform Services have a clear strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Product teams understand what the platform provides, how to consume it, and where ownership boundaries lie.

  • Shared platform capabilities evolve based on common product needs, adoption, and long-term platform strategy.

  • Platform capabilities become easier to discover, integrate, and adopt, reducing developer friction and duplicated engineering effort.

  • You become a trusted product leader known for strong product judgment, technical credibility, and the ability to align Product, Architecture, and Engineering.
