Own the strategy, roadmap, business performance, and value delivery for WebCenter PLMS, an enterprise SaaS product serving regulated Life Sciences customers. Translate customer and regulatory needs into prioritized requirements, initiatives, and product investments. Lead discovery, business cases, launches, adoption, pricing, positioning, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams. Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, resilience, and developer experience through self-service tooling and reusable deployment capabilities. Build and align distributed teams across R&D, product, operations, commercial and field services, support M&A activities, and deliver a connected IoT/AI ecosystem while travelling ~50% globally.

Lead global sales strategy for digital flexo packaging solutions: set targets, build and manage a high-performing sales team, drive channel partnerships, forecast and budget, analyze CRM data, engage key clients, and collaborate with product, marketing, and global accounts to scale enterprise CAPEX sales and roadmap adoption.

Provide first-line technical and functional support for Esko software: diagnose and resolve common issues, own cases end-to-end, escalate to Level‑2 with clear handovers, document findings, follow support processes, collaborate across teams, and work rotational shifts in a 24/7 hybrid support environment while contributing to knowledge base updates.

Develop and own production machine learning and AI systems across their lifecycle in the food and beverage domain. Responsibilities include designing datasets, evaluation criteria, and test cases; monitoring model performance, cost, accuracy, latency, and reliability; leading experimentation and code design; collaborating with engineering, product, and sales; applying agentic coding practices; and partnering with AI product teams to improve customer experiences.

Provide functional and technical customer support for Esko Interactive Applications. Troubleshoot software configuration, usage, and integration issues; own support cases through resolution; document root causes and solutions; guide customers on best practices; collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams; and contribute to knowledge bases, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires packaging, structural design, premedia, and Esko workflow knowledge, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Own software sales across Southeast Asia, prospecting packaging supply chain and brand-owner clients, achieving targets, managing the full sales cycle, building qualified pipelines, and closing new accounts. Relevant experience in graphic arts, packaging, printing, or wide-format digital printing is required, and travel may reach three days per week.
