How You Will Make an Impact
- Develops and executes product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Has a strong understanding of customers' needs, the competitive environment-including our position in relation to competitors-, and the market forces required to launch a successful product solution.
- Analyzes market opportunity, anticipates industry direction, evaluates the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products, and identifies requirements for future and current products in the context of the company's strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, and marketplace demands.
- Defines target prospects and assists sales in lead generation.
- Oversees the product life cycle from conception through retirement.
- Works closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being adhered to in order to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
- Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
- professional leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions.
- May also lead a process or function without direct reports. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market.
- Develops policies and procedures and recommends best practices.
- Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.
Required Experience
- 4 years of experience in technical product management
- 4 years of experience in IDP and/or Content Automation
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between 130000 USD to 150000 USD. Other States expected base salary for the position is between 130000 USD to 150000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
