In this opportunity, you'll join the Bank Guarantees team as a Senior Product Manager responsible for complex product, risk, governance and customer outcomes. You'll help shape the future direction of the portfolio while driving strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, reduce risk and strengthen operational performance.
You'll bring proven Senior Product Manager experience and product leadership capability. While Bank Guarantees experience is not required, you'll be comfortable operating in a complex environment, influencing stakeholders and leading significant outcomes.
As part of the Bank Guarantees team, you'll help shape how emerging technologies and AI capabilities can be used to improve customer outcomes, simplify operations, strengthen controls and increase team effectiveness.

In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic product initiatives and portfolio priorities.
- Drive product enhancements that improve customer, operational and risk outcomes.
- Influence product prioritisation using evidence-based insights and data.
- Lead complex incidents, issues and remediation activities where required.
- Support delivery of regulatory, governance and risk commitments.
- Design and implement control improvements.
- Build strong relationships across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and frontline teams.
- Present recommendations and proposals to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and direction of the Bank Guarantees portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and digital capabilities to improve efficiency, controls and customer outcomes.

- Are currently operating as a Senior Product Manager or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Have experience leading complex product, operational, customer, risk or regulatory outcomes.
- Have a track record of successful stakeholder influence and delivery.
- Have led initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
- Have experience navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong customer, commercial and risk judgement.
- Can build trusted relationships and drive outcomes through influence.
- Have an interest in AI, automation and digital innovation and the role these tools can play in enhancing product management and delivery.
- Can identify opportunities to improve existing processes and challenge traditional ways of working.
- Are comfortable working across business and technology teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Think strategically about future-state operating models rather than simply optimising current processes.
- Bring a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
