We sit at the intersection of business intelligence and innovation—unraveling complex business challenges to architect actionable, durable strategies that propel our clients forward. Moving beyond static decks and traditional consulting deliverables, our team directly bridges the gap between high-level management consulting and groundbreaking, transformational execution.

Our approach melds product and digital experience strategy with corporate growth, data consulting, and brand innovation. We cultivate deeply collaborative, C-level client partnerships that culminate in outsized success and market transformation. At Huge, our mandate is to ensure that creative innovation and product execution are unshakably grounded in research, delivering tangible commercial value while keeping our clients ahead of rapidly shifting market dynamics.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management craft. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional crafts to define the core product vision, goals, functionality, and requirements while establishing a shared set of objectives by building collective consensus on priorities leading to product delivery and beyond.

What you’ll be doing.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature to bring to market.
  • Create and maintain feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches.
  • Validate & identify strategic opportunities through research, data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research and other relevant tools.
  • Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders during day to day aspects of product development.
  • Help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments.
  • Mentor and manage team members.
  • Participate in a culture of learning and growing.
What we’d like to see.
  • Product expertise, including analyzing business problems, and working to prioritize and create engaging experiences.
  • A natural understanding of technology and how to use it to achieve outstanding products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, and an understanding of roles + responsibilities in various development methodologies.
  • User/Client/Colleague empathy.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and storytelling ability with the emotional intelligence to adjust your style based upon your audience.
  • A systems thinker who is proactive rather than reactive - putting principles first.
  • Experience using measurable approaches to introduce solutions.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and summarizing into relevant insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - willing to work across multiple crafts (Creative, Data & Analytics, Technology, Program, etc.).
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management
