Manage partner marketing strategies for Duda, enabling partners like media agencies to successfully market Duda's SaaS solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to create enablement materials, support partner events, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.

Manage a portfolio of agency and SMB customers handling renewals, billing, subscription issues, retention outreach, negotiations, and expansion. Work cross-functionally to resolve disputes, improve playbooks, drive product adoption, and use data to identify risks and opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

Provide multilingual technical support via chat, phone, and email; troubleshoot HTML/CSS/JS and API issues; handle escalations; promote product adoption; create knowledge base content; and collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Account teams to drive customer success.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (agencies, Vertical SaaS, media, hosting). Source pipeline, run tailored product demos, build business cases, manage multi-stakeholder deals, collaborate with solutions and marketing, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent Duda at events, and contribute field feedback to product and GTM strategy.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market prospects (digital agencies, Vertical SaaS, media, hosting). Prospect outbound, run tailored product demos, build differentiated business cases, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, collaborate with SEs and marketing, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, represent the company at events, and provide field feedback to inform GTM and product positioning.
