About Glow

Glow is on a mission to transform how enterprises proactively protect the modern endpoint with an agentic-first approach. Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Glow's platform. You'll own strategic product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Security Research, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to solve complex customer problems and bring innovative products to market.

This is a highly technical and strategic role where you'll work directly with enterprise customers, influence company priorities, and translate emerging technologies, customer insights, and market trends into product strategy. As an early member of the product organization, you'll have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape not only what we build, but how we build it.

You'll spend time with customers, dive deep into technical challenges alongside world-class engineers and researchers, and turn ambiguity into clear product direction. The technology landscape is evolving rapidly- with AI, modern applications, and new attack surfaces constantly reshaping enterprise security- and you'll help ensure Glow stays ahead of what's next.

What You'll Do
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas across the Glow platform.

  • Define product vision and long-term direction while balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business priorities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to launch and iteration.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and Data Science to build innovative, customer-centric products.

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their challenges and validate product direction.

  • Translate customer insights, product analytics, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies into product strategy.

  • Prioritize opportunities, make informed tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to successfully launch and scale new capabilities.

  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the customer experience.

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress with clarity across the organization.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building products. Experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, or data products is a strong plus, but not required. We're looking for someone with exceptional product instincts, deep curiosity, and a proven track record of building impactful products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong technical mindset and experience partnering closely with engineering teams to build highly technical products.

  • Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

  • Excellent product judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating customer insights into successful products.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making difficult decisions, and driving alignment in a fast-moving environment.

  • Passion for technology and curiosity about the future of AI and enterprise security.

  • The Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy solving hard problems together.

At Glow, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We're committed to building an inclusive workplace where every team member feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We know that diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives make us stronger as a company and better partners to our customers.

Glow is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an environment free from discrimination and harassment. We make all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
