Build and own Glow’s global analyst relations strategy for the cybersecurity market. Manage relationships, briefings, inquiries, evaluations, research participation, and executive preparation. Develop market narratives, positioning, and briefing materials while partnering with product, sales, communications, and leadership teams. Bring analyst feedback and market intelligence into product, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market decisions. Track analyst sentiment and program effectiveness while helping establish Glow’s market category and credibility.

Build Glow’s sales enablement function from the ground up by designing AE and SE onboarding, ramp plans, certifications, sales playbooks, messaging, and ongoing training. Drive adoption of Salesforce, Gong, sales methodology, and qualification frameworks. Analyze call and performance data to identify coaching opportunities and measure enablement impact through ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, pipeline, and conversion metrics. Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing.

Lead technical product marketing by translating complex cybersecurity concepts into customer-facing content and experiences. Create solution briefs, technical blogs, demos, webinars, and enablement materials; partner with Product and Engineering; support Sales and Customer Success; present externally; gather customer feedback to influence product strategy and drive technical thought leadership.

Analyze large, complex datasets and design unified data models; research integrations and APIs; modify production logic; support customer onboarding and deliver customer-facing analyses; partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product to shape Glow's data platform and AI-powered features.

Perform advanced vulnerability research across AI tools, endpoints, browsers, and enterprise environments. Investigate threats, build proofs-of-concept, publish technical research, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve detection and prevention.

Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable backend services and microservices using Python and Go. Implement schema design and analytics on ClickHouse, deploy on AWS and Kubernetes, improve performance and observability, and deliver end-to-end from design through monitoring while collaborating with product, design, and data teams.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade agentic AI workflows that classify telemetry, interpret enterprise policies, and perform autonomous remediation. Own full lifecycle from research and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and evaluation while enforcing guardrails, mitigating hallucinations, and ensuring system scalability and observability.

Serve as the trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle: lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, run POC/POV engagements, provide architecture and integration guidance, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and enable post-sale success.
