Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions for device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver a cohesive product experience.
- Customer Advocacy: Engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate requirements into actionable product features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends in endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and enterprise security.
- Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android operating systems, including their security frameworks (e.g., Windows Defender, iOS Gatekeeper, Android Enterprise).
- Hands-on experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar).
- Knowledge of device compliance, encryption, remote management, and zero-trust security principles.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and network security protocols.
- Practical experience on AI projects to understand and build a portfolio.(e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or similar).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or enterprise security solutions.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Customer Focus: Strong experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Certifications: Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) or technical areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, CISSP) Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA):are a plus.
