Department Description

The Customer Success (CS) Success Plan product management organization is responsible for managing Salesforce’s Customer Success Plan offer portfolio (Standard, Premier, and Signature Success Plans) with which we enable our customers to realize value from their Salesforce technology investments. We work backward from the customer to address their needs across all customer segments (Small Business, Commercial, and Enterprise) and across all Salesforce products. The team is the “voice of the customer and market” to the rest of the CS organization and we work across all functions within CS and the Salesforce product organizations to continuously enhance the customer value and experience delivered by the Success Plans offer portfolio.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving enhancements to the Salesforce Signature Success Plan offer. As a key member of the product team, you will help define the product roadmap, and work with other product managers, and key stakeholder teams in sales, delivery, marketing, finance and operations to bring products to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, the needs of Salesforce customers, and the specific requirements of the Signature Success Plan offer.

  • Help define and execute on the product roadmap for Signature Success Plans and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Work with delivery, sales, and marketing to bring products to market
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product innovation
  • Represent the product team to key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure that the Signature Success Plan offer meets the needs of Salesforce customers and partners
  • Drive growth and adoption of the Signature Success Plan offer
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management
  • Prior product management experience in SaaS, public cloud, or Large Enterprise B2B software
  • Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with the Signature Success Plan offer
  • M.B.A.
  • Experience in Support, Success, or Services product management

The typical base salary range for this position is $155,400 - $213,800 annually.
The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
