Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing team focused on delivering seamless end-to-end user experiences. As a core member of the product team, you’ll take ownership of the product discovery, execution, and final delivery of key features and initiatives.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Product to bring the product vision to life and lead the cross-functional execution alongside engineering. You’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform, driving meaningful value for our users, and growing our product in both scale and impact.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring user needs and business goals are aligned.
- Partner closely with the Director of Product to define, validate, and execute the product strategy and long-term vision.
- Conduct user interviews and research to gain deep insights, ensuring the product vision and decisions are grounded in real user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-impact product releases.
- Manage the product roadmap based on data, user feedback, and company objectives.
- Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously improve product processes and bring structure to a scaling team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and meet acceptance criteria.
- Lead alpha and beta testing programs for newly released features, engaging key customers to gather feedback, validate functionality, and inform future iterations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning and launching successful B2B or B2C products.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic product thinking, with the ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and interviews to inform product decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and creating products that solve real problems.
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments; startup experience is a plus.
- Skilled in planning and executing user acceptance testing and collaborating with developers to refine user stories based on feedback and testing results.
- Comfort with data-driven product iteration and experimentation
