The Role
As a Product Manager on our Artificial Intelligence team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience for AI-powered features within the Celonis platform. This specific role focuses on our data enrichment layer built on top of the Process Intelligence (PI) Graph. The PI Graph is Celonis customers’ truest representation and digital twin of how their business processes actually run.
Your mission will be to enrich the PI Graph with critical process insights and decision intelligence, directly driving continuous process improvement for our customers. You'll be joining a highly collaborative team of PhDs, Applied AI Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers, all focused on leveraging the latest in AI/ML techniques to solve mission-critical business problems for some of the largest organizations on the planet. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a core component of our platform that directly impacts how businesses understand and optimize their operations.
The work you’ll do:
- Innovate from Customer Pain Points: Partner closely with our Applied AI team and customers to identify real business problems, then define and craft scalable, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Define and Drive Product Strategy: Lead the definition of product strategy and vision for your area, securing buy-in and enthusiasm across all levels of the organization, from engineering to executive leadership.
- Translate Customer Needs into Technical Solutions: Deeply understand customer challenges through direct engagement. You'll then translate these needs into clear, actionable product requirements and epics for your engineering team, ensuring a strong understanding of the "why" behind the "what."
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and research counterparts to bring product strategies to life. You'll guide the product through its lifecycle, from conception and development to successful market launch and adoption.
- Engage with Go-to-Market Teams: Partner directly with marketing, sales, solutions engineering, and support teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to maximize customer impact and ensure successful adoption in the market.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in product management, specifically building and launching Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence products at scale. Experience with data platforms or graph technologies is a strong plus.
- Enterprise Technology Acumen: A proven interest and experience in the enterprise technology space, as our work directly impacts the operations of the world's largest organizations.
- Customer-Obsessed Problem Solver: You naturally work backward from customer problems, demonstrating strong empathy and a knack for identifying underlying needs. You're comfortable with a "forward-deployed" motion, actively engaging with customers to understand their challenges, generalize them into core capabilities, and prioritize effectively for your engineering team.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical concepts related to AI/ML, data modeling, and system architecture to effectively communicate with and guide engineering teams.
- Strong Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.
Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
