Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define a clear product vision and near-term roadmap for your Fulfillment product area, aligned with broader company objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints. Serve as the subject matter expert for your domain, making meaningful strategic contributions through day-to-day product decisions, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for business-critical Fulfillment services, from ideation through launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering and operations to support service readiness, rollout, and post-launch performance, driving clarity across requirements, dependencies, risks, and operational considerations throughout the PDLC. Maintain strong awareness of the day-to-day health of your services and collaborate with engineering on proactive issue detection, incident response, and post-incident learning.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Represent the needs of internal operators, finance teams, external bank partners, and investor stakeholders. Use qualitative and quantitative inputs including operational data, incident learnings, and stakeholder feedback to understand pain points and inform roadmap priorities and future iterations. Treat operational reliability and partner trust as core customer outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, finance, operations, risk, compliance, and analytics to deliver reliable, scalable Fulfillment solutions that balance customer needs, business outcomes, and risk. Build alignment and buy-in through strong relationships, clear written and verbal communication, and consistent follow-through, particularly in high-impact or time-sensitive situations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and leverage product metrics that measure customer and business outcomes for Fulfillment capabilities. Use post-launch and post-incident analysis to evaluate performance, identify systemic issues, assess tradeoffs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Outcome Oriented: Be able to clearly tie the work of your team to the business outcomes that work enables, continuously iterating on the product using feedback, market trends and data until the outcome is achieved.
