As a Product Manager in Oncology, you are responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives across the assigned oncology portfolio. You will contribute to shaping the strategy and actively support market development and portfolio expansion, in alignment with the direction set.

The role reports directly to Business Unit Head of Oncology and requires close collaboration with key internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, CEE region) as well as external partners (healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and strategic partners).

You will be accountable for end-to-end product management within your scope, including translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and delivering against agreed business objectives for the oncology portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute proactively to the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for the oncology portfolio, aligned with overall business unit priorities.
  • Drive and implement marketing projects, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for oncology products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional strategies defined at Business Unit level.
  • Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships internally and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution of initiatives.
  • Support and actively contribute to partner-led initiatives and collaborations with alliance stakeholders.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the promotional budget within assigned responsibility, ensuring effective resource allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market dynamics to support informed decision-making at Business Unit level.
  • Track relevant oncology market trends and contribute to business development initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in Oncology is preferred.
  • Product management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, supported by a strong academic background.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on increasing levels of complexity.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High level of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with the capacity to quickly build expertise in new therapeutic areas, products, and market dynamics.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to patient centricity.
  • Exposure to product launches or innovative products is an advantage.
