Job Summary:
The Sr Product Manager serves as a vital link between client needs and product capabilities, especially for asset management and the Enfusion by CWAN platform. This role demands hands-on involvement in sales engagements, solution design, and collaboration with internal teams and clients. Drafting Statements of Work, resolving design challenges, and documenting product gaps require strong communication and organizational skills.
Key qualifications include deep expertise in asset management, financial instruments, regulatory requirements, and client onboarding. The ability to manage complex projects and build stakeholder relationships ensures successful product delivery and client satisfaction, aligning with the strategic goals of the Product Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and singular voice for Sales, Presales (SE), Onboarding, and Account Management when dealing with large and complex clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams.
Engage thoroughly in complicated sales processes, actively seeking out and identifying potential red flags that could impact the success of the engagement.
Design innovative solutions in real-time during sales presentations, adapting to client needs and feedback to enhance the overall proposal.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts behind the scenes, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the sales cycle.
Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests that clearly outline business requirements, estimated efforts, agreed-upon costs, timelines for delivery, and precise acceptance criteria to set clear expectations.
Oversee the successful delivery of SOWs, ensuring that all components are fulfilled and obtaining formal acceptance from clients upon completion.
Proactively troubleshoot any design issues that may arise during the development process, working collaboratively with the development team to find effective solutions.
Document any product gaps that will not be addressed during the onboarding process, providing transparency and setting appropriate expectations for both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
5+ years' experience with OMS/PMS/Accounting/Analytics platforms
Deep understanding of asset classes, financial instruments, and financial regulations is essential
Experience working with PM/Trader/Ops/Accounting/Compliance teams
A dynamic personality and ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and translating them into successful product solutions.
Proven ability to manage demands of multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail.

Salary Range
179,000.00 - 243,000.00 USD Annual
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
