Join Augury's New Offerings Team to drive the development and launch of next-generation products that redefine industrial analytics. You'll work at the intersection of innovation, market impact, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping Augury's future and unlocking new revenue streams.

As a Senior Product Manager at Augury, you will take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes across our multidisciplinary ecosystem — combining hardware, connectivity, AI, and software. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that expand our product reach, strengthen our platform foundations, and improve the efficiency and impact of how we deliver value to customers. You'll create seamless experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds, ensuring that Augury's products deliver meaningful, intuitive value to customers in real industrial environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own outcomes – Define, prioritize, and execute product strategies that drive measurable customer and business impact — whether launching new capabilities, scaling adoption, or optimizing performance and cost.
  • Lead discovery and delivery – Identify high-value opportunities, validate them with customers and data, and guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and launch.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner closely with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear, impactful solutions.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity – Create clarity and focus in evolving areas, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Act as a connector – Bridge customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities to create impactful, scalable products.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership for complex, multidisciplinary products.
  • Experience building multidisciplinary products that combine hardware (IoT preferred), connectivity, AI/ML, and software applications (mobile and web).
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes such as revenue growth, adoption, retention, or operational efficiency.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineers, data scientists, and operations teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills — able to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders, and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to travel (~2 customer or team trips per quarter) to stay close to users and ensure alignment across global teams.
  • Growth mindset — eager to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and hit the ground running in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
