We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and implementation of our software delivery capabilities, ensuring Dynatrace delivers its platform and apps to customers securely, reliably, and effectively.

• As part of the organizational unit that builds a productized ecosystem to deliver and operate platform services and Dynatrace® Apps, you, as a product manager, will manage certain aspects of the Internal Developer Platform to deliver software components securely, reliably, and efficiently, thereby enhancing the developer experience.
• As a product manager, you proactively manage the needs and expectations of all Dynatracers, partners, and customers using this ecosystem.
• You work very closely with the Dynatrace Site Reliability Engineering and the app and service development teams, who are your key users.
• By answering the WHY and understanding the user's pain points, you understand the end-to-end use cases that enable Dynatrace to deliver and operate its SaaS product at scale and worldwide.
• As part of a larger team, you drive the definition of the product roadmap and our near-term and long-term product strategy.
• You work with our agile R&D teams to deliver product capabilities that enable Dynatrace to WOW internal and external customers and create value-add that impacts product delivery, operation, and adoption measurably.
• You define and create reports on app and service delivery to make data-driven decisions, monitor progress, and communicate the success of related initiatives.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years' experience deploying and orchestrating high-performance, highly available critical SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner in an agile environment focused on enterprise software.
• Experience working as a software architect or developer in an agile environment.
• A proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams in a software product company.
• In-depth understanding of user journeys, personas, use case development, and market, business, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with improving software development lifecycle processes for SaaS products.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we're obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
