About the right team member
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the product strategy at Mindbody.
About the role
- Develop a vision and roadmap to significantly improve value and adoption of the Messenger AI product as a CX and CRM tool for Fitness and Wellness businesses.
- Formulate and align on a coherent and substantiated strategy for how Messenger AI fits into Mindbody’s overall CRM solution, benefits customers, and plays into the wellness/fitness consumer lifecycle.
- Lead Engineering, Design, and GTM team to excellent and high velocity execution against roadmap.
Skills & experience
- You are a seasoned product manager with a track record of shipping impactful, well-loved web and mobile products.
- B2B experience, especially in CX or CRM areas is helpful.
- You have hands-on experience and genuine interest working with Generative AI. You are familiar with capabilities, APIs, frameworks, and limitations of LLMs.
- Bonus points if you have direct experience developing GenAI projects!
- You demonstrate high ownership, agency, and urgency to build great products and businesses.
- You can think and act holistically across customer research, data analysis, design, technical architecture, and GTM.
- Bonus points if you have created successful businesses or commercialized side projects!
- You are technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data.
- You’re experienced with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively in full-stack product teams.
- You have a track record of delivering product value quickly and iteratively, learning from customers, data, and experiments.
- You have a proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner.
- You have strong product intuition based on experience, but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data.

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $140,000 to $185,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
