The Role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

As a Senior Product Manager you will own the regional product and marketing strategy for Mako SmartRobotics and Enabling Technologies (MET) across the Gulf & Middle East (GME) region. You will work closely with sales, education, event planning and clinical teams to drive adoption, shape demand, and support sustainable growth in a highly clinical, externally facing environment.

What you will do

  • Define and execute regional product and marketing strategies to support revenue growth, system placements, and procedural adoption across MENA.

  • Lead planning and execution of product launches, upgrades, and software releases for Mako and Enabling Technologies, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs.

  • Translate clinical value propositions into clear, relevant messaging for surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive activity to guide positioning, prioritization, and go-to-market decisions.

  • Partner closely with sales teams to support account strategy, key tenders, and major opportunities through targeted campaigns and clinical marketing initiatives.

  • Support surgeon education and adoption through events, workshops, surgical observations, and training programs in collaboration with education teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and reference accounts across the region.

  • Manage regional marketing budgets and track the impact of major initiatives and programs.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Education, RAQA, Finance, and EEMEA Marketing to ensure consistency and execution excellence across markets.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6+ years of commercial experience required, with exposure across the MENA region

  • Experience in medical devices, surgical technologies, robotics, navigation, or capital equipment.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

  • Strong understanding of hospital systems, clinical workflows, and surgeon decision-making

  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in English and Arabic

Preferred

  • Experience in medical robotics preferred

  • MBA preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
