    The booking is confirmed — and that’s when the real sales opportunity begins. As Product Manager (m/f/d) Personalization, you shape how SIXT increases revenue after the booking by delivering the right offer to the right customer at the right moment. You own the personalization strategy across three core revenue streams: vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras. This complex field involves rich reservation data, diverse customer segments, and multiple revenue streams to orchestrate.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You own the personalization sales strategy across vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras — defining which offers reach which customers, when, and through which post-booking touchpoints

    • You develop segment-specific concepts that reflect real differences between family trips, partner bookings, corporate rentals, leisure travelers, and groups — because the right upgrade or protection depends entirely on context

    • You think through the full post-booking journey — confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, on-rent — identifying the perfect moment for each revenue stream to engage each segment

    • You collaborate closely with other Product Managers to align personalization logic across web and app post-booking touchpoints

    • You distill complex data signals, customer segments, and revenue streams into clear, actionable strategies that teams can understand and execute

    • You work with business stakeholders across sales, revenue management, and operations to keep your concepts commercially solid and operationally feasible

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • Experience Several years in digital product management or e-commerce with proven success driving revenue through personalized or segment-based product strategies

    • Product Craft You understand digital product development and user experience — able to read customer journeys, detect offer mismatches or flow issues, and communicate what good looks like

    • Clarity of Thought You absorb complex, data-rich environments and translate them into simple, structured, easily understandable strategies that are straightforward to implement

    • Commercial Thinking You grasp how vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras generate revenue and naturally think about growing each via smarter, relevant offers

    • Segment Intuition You quickly understand that different customer types have fundamentally different needs and build strategies that tailor to those distinctions

    • Data Literacy You work confidently with data scientists and analysts, engaging with reservation data and customer behavior at a level that makes you a credible partner, even without technical expertise

    • Collaboration You communicate clearly and confidently with PMs, UX Designers, and business teams, bringing people along on complex topics

    • AI Fluency You integrate AI tools into daily work — using large language models to explore strategies, draft concepts, prototype ideas rapidly, and leverage AI-driven personalization logic without building it yourself

    Skills Required

    • Several years in digital product management or e-commerce with proven success driving revenue through personalization or segment-based strategies
    • Strong understanding of digital product development and user experience to identify flow issues and design effective offers
    • Ability to distill complex, data-rich environments into simple, structured, implementable strategies
    • Commercial acumen with knowledge of how upsells, protection products, and extras generate revenue
    • Experience building segment-specific product concepts tailored to different customer types
    • Data literacy and ability to work confidently with data scientists and analysts
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills with PMs, UX designers, and business teams
    • Fluency using AI tools and large language models for strategy exploration, concept drafting, and prototyping
