Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

NVIDIA IT's Enterprise AI Products team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered employee productivity — purpose-built for a workforce that needs to stay productive anywhere, on any device, through intelligent AI agents. You will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-first productivity surfaces for web and mobile that empower NVIDIA employees to access information and get work done delegating work to agents while at desk or on the move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Envision and articulate the next-generation enterprise employee experience powered by AI agents translating a bold vision into an executable, phased product roadmap for web and mobile productivity surfaces.

  • Lead the design and delivery of mobile and web productivity applications that enable employees to be productive while they are on their desk or on the move.

  • Drive user studies, product evaluations, and usability sessions with employees, feeding insights back to platform and model teams.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Sales Operations, and other internal business teams to capture requirements and craft generative AI–infused solutions tailored to real employee needs.

  • Define and measure key metrics focused on adoption, engagement, and productivity to focus the cross-functional team on right outcomes.

What we need to see:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).

  • 12+ years in Technical Product Management, Engineering, or related fields with a proven record of shipping customer-facing or employee-facing products with measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated, hands-on product expertise involving agentic AI, traditional deep learning, or statistical machine learning.

  • Outstanding communication skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience shipping consumer applications - you think natively about mobile UX, know how to reduce friction to zero, and hold the product to a consumer-grade quality bar in an enterprise context.

  • Hands-on experience designing, productizing, or deploying agentic workflows in production.

  • Engineering background paired with the ability to sketch UI/UX mockups or build proof-of-concept applications or agentic workflows yourself.

  • Demonstrated outstanding organization skills, attention to detail in writing product specifications, and excellent writing skills to publish case studies, and papers.
