Application integrations play a pivotal role in implementing identity security solutions. Saviynt’s identity cloud integrates with thousands of applications for managing governance and compliance needs. With both out-of-the-box integrations as well as frameworks to build custom integrations, our integrations continue to grow.

Saviynt is looking for smart, passionate people to join its Product Management team. The Integrations Product Manager manages the successful development and implementation of product features from beginning to end. This person oversees strategic ideas from design to development, testing, release along with the market introduction. The ideal candidate should have a knack for solving complex problems in the application integration space. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and passion for building products and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research - Review market changes, identify new developments in their product area and present actionable analysis of their findings. Develop a balanced product roadmap geared towards overall success of customers while meeting the long term strategic vision.
  • Feature & release - Draft and communicate product briefs to ensure smooth introduction of each new release feature. Participate and manage enablement of new product capabilities. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Be Agile - Participate in daily scrum meetings, backlog grooming, planning and retrospective meetings for a cross-functional team. Monitor progress, provide necessary visibility and work on resolving impediments for the team.
  • Customer-first - Work with customers and partners to understand their pain-points and requirements. Capture and share customer feedback. Think outside the box and investigate ways for providing an innovative solution. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that features and functionality are meeting the customer needs. Plan to provide feedback to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Roadmap and Innovation - Propose and identify innovative features/capabilities in their product areas that can make a difference in the market.
  • Thought leadership - Assume leadership in the area of your expertise. Use opportunities to feature your service or product. Build trust & recognition as an intelligent, experienced & helpful leader within your space.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech). Master is preferred 4-6 years of experience in product management.
  • Overall IT experience including software engineering & product management should be 8-10 years.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and showcase improvements
  • Ability to translate complex problems and idea into easily understood actionable items
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Should have experience with databases and programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, etc.
  • Passion for managing products and driving measurable results
  • Ability to multi-task and identify opportunities for improvement (both product and process)
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management products such as Okta, Sailpoint, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, or MicrofocusKnowledge of application integration for security products.
  • Candidates with experience in building API-first products/services are preferred.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure, & GCP is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of various services and security is a bonus.
  • Working experience with product management tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, and Pendo.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
