We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our Integrations and Core Services portfolio. This role is critical to enable seamless connectivity between Acoustic's platform and the broader martech/sales tech ecosystem while providing services that will enhance our customer’s experiences.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Product leadership in defining and execution of the product strategy for integrations with eCommerce platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, ERP solutions, Cloud Data Warehouses, and Cloud Data Storage
- Identify, prioritize, and roadmap new integration opportunities based on market demand, customer feedback, and strategic business value
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable integration solutions
- Partner with business development and external partnerships teams to establish and maintain strategic technology partnerships
- Drive roadmap for Connect’s Core Services components including:
- Tenant provisioning and deprovisioning
- User management and access control systems
- Channel management capabilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams

- Integration adoption rates and time-to-value for new integrations
- Platform uptime and reliability metrics for core services
- Customer satisfaction scores related to integration and platform experience
- Revenue impact from integration-enabled deals and partnerships
- Reduction in support tickets related to integration and platform issues
- Integration adoption rates and time-to-value for new integrations
- Platform uptime and reliability metrics for core services

- Revenue impact from integration-enabled deals and partnerships
- Reduction in support tickets related to integration and platform issues
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on integrations, APIs, or platform services
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling integration products or platform services
- Experience working with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with eCommerce, CDPs, CRMs, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of authentication protocols and data security best practices
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and scalability considerations
- Proven ability to define product strategy, create roadmaps, and execute against goals
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
