Job DescriptionProduct Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for your assigned product area, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction.
Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Clearly communicate the roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements Definition: Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making to ensure successful product delivery.
Market & Customer Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, pain points, and emerging trends.
Data-Driven Performance & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, monitor performance, and leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide future iterations. Comfort with analyzing and interpreting complex datasets is essential.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communicating product updates and progress.
Mentorship: Potentially mentor junior product managers, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of the product team.
Experience: Overall 4+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within product companies, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and translate broad visions into actionable plans and detailed product requirements.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
