The Pages team owns how businesses create, manage, and evolve landing pages and websites on HubSpot. These pages are a core way marketers launch campaigns, test ideas, and get discovered across an increasingly fragmented and AI-driven web. This work sits within HubSpot's Build Awareness pillar.

This space is evolving quickly as organic search declines and AI-driven discovery and AEO emerge. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can set direction for the Pages experience in this new landscape, defining what great looks like for landing pages and websites as discovery and distribution models change.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Operate with high ownership in an evolving problem space, setting direction for the future of the Pages experience as how businesses get discovered and convert continues to change.
  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad.
  • Bring strong content and marketing empathy, deeply understanding how modern marketers create, distribute, and measure content.
  • Use data to guide strategy and decision making, including defining success metrics, evaluating tradeoffs, and pressure testing assumptions where signal is imperfect.
  • Partner closely with multiple platform engineering teams to deliver improvements across shared systems and foundations.
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience launching customer-facing products, ideally across page builders, content creation tools, or modern marketing platforms.
  • Strong content and marketing empathy, with experience building tools for marketers rather than purely technical users.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces and turning uncertainty into clear direction.
  • A data oriented approach to product management, using metrics and tradeoffs to inform strategy.
  • Technical fluency and systems thinking across shared platforms and foundations.
  • A bias toward action and progress, with sound judgment about when to ship, when to iterate, and when to pause and learn.
  • The ability to clearly articulate product strategy and tradeoffs to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience operating effectively in complex product ecosystems where success depends on influence and coordination rather than direct ownership.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$180,200$288,400 USD
