About The Role
The (Senior) Product Manager - Hematology lead and execute effective brand strategies for assigned hematology/oncology products, including new product and indication launches, while maximizing the performance of the existing portfolio. The role is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through
impactful marketing initiatives, strong customer engagement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute impactful brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to local market needs and clinical practices.
Lead launch planning and execution for new products and indications, ensuring strong launch readiness and commercial execution.
Manage existing product performance and identify opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business and launch success.
Plan and execute promotional and educational activities, including PR, symposia, medical society engagement, and other customer initiatives.
Monitor A&P investment and ensure effective budget management and financial compliance.
Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets, and partner with Sales to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership on territory alignment, targeting, and resource allocation to maximize market potential.
Build strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning and support market access and reimbursement.
Ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date training materials, product knowledge, and clear brand messages.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in hematology/oncology.
Proven ability to independently develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
