Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will lead efforts to design and mature the operating systems that underpin our data and analytics strategies. You’ll work across teams to ensure strategic priorities are executed efficiently and effectively, driving measurable outcomes and organizational maturity. This role is about operationalizing strategy, aligning stakeholders, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making that scales impact and innovation.

Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On

  • Develop Operating Systems: Build scalable systems to streamline the execution of data strategies and the delivery of insights, driving measurable organizational impact.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate high-level objectives into actionable initiatives, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals to advance business needs.
  • Lead Insights Cadences: Establish and manage processes for delivering insights that drive revenue growth, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships across departments, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment on strategy, analytics, and operational best practices.
  • Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and address inefficiencies within data and analytics processes, implementing solutions that enhance organizational maturity and performance.
  • Promote Analytics Maturity: Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making by elevating analytics rigor, systems, and processes across the organization.
  • Performance Metrics & Market Awareness: Define and monitor KPIs to track success, while staying informed on trends in data and analytics to shape strategic priorities.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform other related responsibilities as needed based on department and/or organizational needs

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in strategy development, analytics, or operationalization, with a focus on data initiatives. Experience in SaaS/B2B environments preferred.
  • Data Acumen: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau), with a strong understanding of the data landscape, emerging trends, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving effective outcomes while identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Communication & Operational Efficiency: Skilled at cutting through noise to deliver clear, concise messages and aligning processes to reduce wasted motion while focusing on high-impact initiatives.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving landscapes, maintaining focus, and driving progress in dynamic environments.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $167,500.00 - $184,250.00

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
