We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for executing GTM initiatives targeting SoHo, SME & corporate segments, focusing on tailored propositions, account-based approaches, and commercial growth. The role translates commercial and product strategy into actionable, market-ready plans, ensuring effective campaign execution, successful product launches, and strong performance across all channels. The position works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Digital, CVM, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and impactful execution in the market.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for SoHo, SME & business-oriented propositions, focus on value-based selling & segment-specific offers
  • Support pricing & offers based on margin, consumption, and customer profile in collaboration with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing and sales activation plans.
  • Coordinate campaigns focused on direct sales channels & partnerships. Execute targeted campaigns & account-based activations.
  • Align with sales pipelines, account plans, and business development.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams, Key Account Managers, and Commercial
  • Act as a key point of contact between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CVM teams to ensure alignment on GTM priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance focus on deal value, conversion rate, margin, revenue per client, segment, industry, or account type. Optimize sales cycle, lead quality, and closing efficiency.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement of GTM execution.
  • Support field sales & account managers with tailored materials. Create customized proposals, presentations, and value cases.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for campaign development and execution.
  • Report on pipeline performance, deals, and revenue contribution. Provide insights on segment performance & commercial opportunities.

What you need to be successful:

  • A BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field. A
  • 3+ years years of experience in Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Commercial or Growth roles
  • 2+ years of experience in cross-functional coordination & campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy & sales-driven GTM models
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels (awareness, performance, conversion), business customer needs & buying processes
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs (CAC, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, and complex / consultative sales environments
  • Ability to design tailored value B2B propositions per segment/account
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Experience working with sales pipelines, account data & CRM systems
  • Experience in energy, utilities, telecom, or subscription-based business is considered a strong asset
  • Professional Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
