  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize payment and healthcare data to identify opportunities for product improvements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that payment solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, design, analytics, and compliance to develop cohesive, innovative payment solutions that meet both business and customer needs.
  • Empathetic User-Centered Design: Partner with UX teams to create empathetic user-friendly experiences that prioritize the needs of users, employers, and providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that payment products adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and industry payment standards, including PCI-DSS.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Stay current on industry trends in both healthcare and payments, monitoring regulatory changes and competitive offerings to keep Nomi Health at the forefront of healthcare payments innovation.
  • Payments Technology Leader: You have a proven track record of managing payment products, especially in complex industries like healthcare, and are well-versed in ACH, RTP, and direct payment models.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You use data to inform decisions and are skilled at measuring the impact of product features and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solver: You excel at breaking down complex problems, identifying inefficiencies in payment processes, and building scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You work well with cross-functional teams, easily translating business needs into technical requirements, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Practitioner: You are comfortable working in an agile environment, using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and product backlogs.
