Key Responsibilties:
- Own the roadmap, metrics, and execution for all device and marketplace initiatives.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Customer Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Lead device-adjacent programs such as protection plans, trade-ins, financing, and upgrade offerings.
- Partner closely with Growth and Marketing to design and launch device offers and experiments.
- Drive conversion, revenue, and profitability through data-driven iteration and experimentation.
- Build capabilities and integrations needed for logistics teams to manage inventory, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong generalist problem-solver who can identify and execute on high-impact opportunities.
- Proven experience working closely with engineers to ship real products, not just write specs or manage people.
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or telecom products
- Experience with physical products, logistics, or supply chain complexity.
- Background in growth, experimentation, or revenue-focused product areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
