The Role
The Senior Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmap for Affinity's CRM, leading cross-functional teams and driving AI enhancements to improve product workflows.
Summary Generated by Built In

Affinity is a relationship intelligence platform that helps dealmakers find, manage, and close more deals by leveraging the power of their network. We use technology to amplify human relationships by providing data and insights that enable people to connect and take action with confidence. At Affinity, you'll have the opportunity to fundamentally change the way people leverage their relationships to do business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be part of a talented team of PMs owning product definition, development, and strategy for the CRM product, Affinity's core and most highly-used product. You'll define the product roadmap for your area of ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, conducting user research, leading teams through design and engineering sprints, defining and studying analytics, and shipping Affinity's next great idea.

In this role, you'll own a wide, business-critical set of capabilities at the heart of Affinity's CRM, the tools that dealmakers use every day to source, track, and close their most important deals. You'll be accountable for a large, mature surface area while driving what may be the most exciting AI opportunity in the product: building on Affinity's foundation as a self-building CRM to deliver the kind of ambient, AI-driven intelligence that dealmakers are increasingly expecting. The role demands flexibility, tailoring solutions across multiple personas and markets as Affinity continues to expand. This is a high-impact, high-complexity ownership area at the center of Affinity's CRM experience.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Foster a deep understanding of our core markets and customer needs through research, data analysis, and engagement with sales, marketing, customer success and direct customer interactions.
  • Lead deep dives into user needs and product analytics to collaborate on and define Affinity's CRM product roadmap.
  • Develop product strategy for your ownership area, including business cases, high level use cases, technical requirements, and potential revenue and ROI.
  • Champion your positions as a strategic leader.
  • Drive research and definition to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development.
  • Partner closely with design and engineering to lead discovery, definition, design and delivery plans, maintain the backlog and drive the roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams on the development, QA and release of new features.
  • Analyze customer feedback and new product ideas.
  • Identify and define opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve core CRM workflows, from automation intelligence to AI-assisted data management, and collaborate with Affinity's dedicated AI teams to bring those ideas to life.
  • Contribute to a product team culture of craft and continuous growth, including an enthusiasm for how AI is changing the way great PMs think, work, and build.

We’re excited about you because you have:

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every qualification. At Affinity, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t perfectly align with the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company (enterprise software experience a plus).
  • Experience working with engineering and design teams end-to-end to drive business impact.
  • Experience working on complex products to create simple, easy to understand solutions.
  • Experience managing complex product modernizations or platform migrations, maintaining user continuity while driving architectural evolution.
  • Strong communication skills that foster cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on key outcomes and objectives.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for users.
  • A proven track record of design thinking and ruthless prioritization.
  • A proven track record of solving complex user problems to drive a measurable outcome.
  • Experience thinking about how AI can improve product workflows, reduce friction, or unlock new user behaviors, whether through prior AI feature ownership, close collaboration with AI/ML teams, or strong intuition for where AI creates genuine value vs. noise.
  • A passion for Affinity and the problems we are solving.
