We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager for a strategic position in our platform engineering team. The team’s mission is to build a unified and efficient development platform that enables teams to deliver high-impact products at lightning speed. You’ll have a unique opportunity to build robust infrastructure and services to empower hundreds of engineers in their day to day work. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of modern software technologies & best practices to support our growing engineering team and allow them to focus on core business & product logic!
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on developer infrastructure, internal platforms, or engineering productivity.
- Strong understanding of modern software development stacks & practices including: APIs, AWS, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines etc.
- You are passionate about solving complex technical issues and understand how great products work behind the scenes.
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- “Why” is your keyword. You’re curious about why things happen and constantly challenge how they work.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
- BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on coding or technical experience
- Familiarity with observability tools
- Previous experience with SaaS B2B products
How you’ll make an impact
- Ensure our engineering teams are equipped with the tools, systems, and processes needed to deliver world-class products. Lead the vision and roadmap to pave the way to production and developer scale.
- Define the business and technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs, feature cards, and other product documentation.
- Influence the company’s technical strategy by prioritizing core infrastructure improvements that drive scalability and reliability.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess tools performance, measure success, and prioritize features for maximum impact.

The Product department helps set the product vision and strategy.
We work alongside a diverse team of engineers, designers and data scientists to envision, build, deliver and scale Melio’s product to the right market.
We are user experts and constantly analyze their current and future needs. We define the product roadmap, including features and requirements, and then articulate the business rationale behind it.
The team is responsible for providing the ‘what’ and working with the engineering team to build a successful product.
