Role Description: Senior Product Manager - Compliance & Security

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and growth of our Object Storage IaaS/SaaS product for the FedRAMP market, Government market, and other compliance & security frameworks. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy, driving customer adoption, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your deep understanding of the FedRAMP and Government market, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 combined with your product management expertise, will be essential in driving the success of our offering.

This role reports to the Director, Compliance & Security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Object Storage IaaS/SaaS product in the FedRAMP and Government market. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
• Ensure the product meets all necessary compliance requirements, maintain relevant certifications, and streamline the FedRAMP authorization process by implementing the advised features with program management and engineering. 
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and regulatory compliance. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage releases, and support go-to-market strategies. 
• Engage with key customers in the FedRAMP and Government market to understand their needs, gather feedback, and drive product adoption. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a focus on IaaS/SaaS products and a track record of successfully launching and managing products in the FedRAMP and Government market. 
• Deep understanding of cloud-based object storage technologies and architectures, along with knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworkssuch as HIPAA, NIST SP 800-53, CMMC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. 
• Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, identifying customer needs, and understanding the competitive landscape within the FedRAMP and Government sector. 
• Stay up to date with the FedRAMP authorization process, other compliance frameworks, and security controls relevant to IaaS/SaaS products targeting government customers by working as part of the Compliance& Security team. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, program management, engineering, sales, and marketing.
