A Better Opportunity


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our telephony/dialer systems and other communication tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in building and enhancing telephony/dialer systems, preferably with Twilio or equivalent platforms, and experience working directly with Sales teams to fine-tune call cadences and improve sales workflows for maximum conversion. Experience in setting up or enhancing CRM systems is a plus. As the Senior Product Manager of this team, you will be responsible for boosting sales productivity and conversion, creating a frictionless customer experience, and improving internal operational efficiency, all through innovative technology and creative thinking to re-engineer our processes. You will work alongside our sales organization and other internal partners across Operation, Marketing, Growth, and other technology partners. You will have the opportunity to completely change the status quo to enable our Sales team to accomplish more while providing customers with a delightful experience. Responsibilities

  • Telephony/Dialer System Management: Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our telephony and dialer systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to understand their processes, identify pain points, and optimize call cadence and workflows to maximize sales conversion rates.
  • CRM System Enhancement: Support the setup or enhancement of CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with communication tools and aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to track performance, assess the impact of changes, and make informed decisions to continuously improve the sales and operations processes.
  • User Experience: Focus on delivering frictionless and efficient user experience for the Sales team, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with telephony and CRM vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the ongoing evaluation and improvement of sales and operational tools, staying current with industry trends and best practices to keep our systems competitive.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales and operational projects, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years experience in product management, with a strong focus on telephony/dialer systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Twilio or equivalent telephony platforms is required, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Proven experience working directly with Sales teams to optimize call cadences and boost conversion rates.
  • Experience in setting up or enhancing CRM systems is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with SQL or Looker is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skill and ability to handle complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to develop and execute a technology strategy.
  • Thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
