You’ll combine strategic product thinking with strong discovery and business analysis capability, identifying customer and colleague problems, simplifying complex processes and translating business needs into clear product outcomes. CommSee 2.0 is a strategic platform supporting thousands of frontline colleagues across multiple business units and helping shape the future of assisted banking at CBA. The team is focused on creating a more modern, integrated servicing experience that simplifies frontline workflows, reduces operational complexity and provides colleagues with a stronger view of the customer. 

  • Contribute to, and deliver, the CommSee 2.0 product roadmap, translating strategic priorities into clear initiatives, requirements and delivery outcomes. 

  • Independently lead discovery across complex customer, colleague and business problems, using data, process analysis and stakeholder insights to identify and validate opportunities. 

  • Analyse end-to-end servicing journeys, workflows, systems and processes to identify friction, risk and opportunities for simplification. 

  • Translate complex business, technology, operational and regulatory needs into clear product outcomes, requirements and delivery intent. 

  • Partner with engineers, designers, architects and stakeholders across operations, risk, technology and frontline business teams. 

  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to build shared understanding, align stakeholders and shape future-state experiences. 

  • Demonstrate strong judgement when balancing customer, colleague, business, technology and risk considerations. 

  • Define success measures and use adoption, performance data and customer and colleague feedback to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement. 

  • Manage dependencies across squads, platforms and business units, supporting successful delivery, rollout and adoption of new capabilities. 

  • Represent CommSee 2.0 in planning, governance and stakeholder forums, clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, risks and recommendations.

  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a comparable product leadership role. 

  • Strong product discovery and delivery capability, from problem definition and requirements through to implementation and adoption. 

  • The ability to simplify complex business processes, servicing journeys and workflows and translate ambiguity into clear outcomes. 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and large cross-functional groups. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision making. 

  • Strong commercial and strategic judgement, with the ability to balance customer, colleague, business, technology and risk considerations. 

  • Exposure to legacy transformation, AI-enabled experiences or large-scale enterprise change would be advantageous.
