As a Product Manager for Cisco Wireless, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches in the India market and globally
. The PM will be an anchor point for the team in India.

In this role:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.

  • Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.

  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.

  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically: Bachelors + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience

  • Experience in Wireless technologies and bonus points for deployment and design experience.

  • Experience with network and change management for deployments

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle
