Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative travel products that simplify travel planning and deliver value to millions of customers. In this role, you will harmonize customer needs, advanced technologies like AI/ML, and business goals to shape strategic roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Help Develop and articulate a compelling product vision for Expedia, effectively communicating it to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive narrative.

Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning target outcomes, KPIs, and delivery milestones with organizational priorities.

Identify and evaluate product opportunities using financial valuation models and data-driven insights.

Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to evaluate feasibility, make tradeoffs, and incorporate AI/ML-powered solutions.

Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment with long-term product vision and scalability.

Drive user-centric tradeoff decisions with UX teams, ensuring designs are financially viable and customer-focused.

Leverage data insights, market research, and user feedback to identify opportunities that improve the customer journey and enhance satisfaction.

Optimize end-to-end user experiences across products or product suites to ensure consistency and high impact.

Manage complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing diverse interests to deliver successful outcomes on large-scale projects.

Coach junior PMs to effectively influence technical decisions and build their leadership skills. And challenge peers collaboratively to deliver a great joint product.

Experience and Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on delivering impactful products in complex ecosystems.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for user needs, with a track record of translating insights into actionable strategies.

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define and deliver a compelling product vision aligned with business and customer priorities.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $161,000 to $225,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $257,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
