This individual will be responsible for leading a world-class team of engineers & designers focused on supporting our internal teams with cutting-edge solutions that help Monday scale with technology and data.

About The Role:

As a senior PM of BigBrain supertools you will build solutions that drive work effectiveness, reduce operational costs, and empower every function in the company to multiply their impact and thrive in their roles. This role is all about leveraging innovation and cutting-edge technologies (AI, ML) to shape the future of work at scale.

You will be reporting directly to the Bigbrain Director of Product.

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products - A must
  • You are Impact driven with a “business first” mentality, and a strong strategic mindset that can balance between short/long term business needs
  • You’re self-driven and comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
  • You are passionate about great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to thoroughly explain product decision rationale
  • You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Previous experience as an entrepreneur and/or reporting to senior leadership- Advantage
  • Previous experience working with data scientists - Advantage
  • You enjoy mentoring, supporting, and training others - Advantage
