Are you an experienced Product Manager with a passion for BI technology, data management, and AI? Do you thrive in an innovative media environment and enjoy building smart reporting solutions? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our media performance data solutions. Acting as the link between business, users, and technology, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable dashboarding and reporting solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization and for some of the world's biggest brands.

What you'll do

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and ongoing development of our reporting intelligence products. You'll help build the data-driven foundation of WPP Media by further developing and productizing our data models, dashboards, and reporting tools. Our technology stack includes Adverity for data integration, Snowflake for data warehousing, and Power BI for scalable self-service reporting.

You'll work closely with media specialists, clients, commercial teams, Product & Innovation, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts. Beyond defining what we build and why, you'll identify new opportunities to strengthen our products and services.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic product management: Define and own the product vision, translating it into a clear roadmap aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Roadmap & backlog management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and maximize the value delivered by the development team.
  • Stakeholder management: Connect client teams, media agencies, Product & Innovation, the global product team, and the Data Infra & Ops team. Communicate progress, priorities, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest developments in BI, AI, data, and media, and translate new insights into product improvements.
  • Product adoption & enablement: Drive adoption by ensuring users get the most value from our products through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Commercial development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial propositions around our data solutions.

About the Data Infra & Ops Team

You'll join the Data Infra & Ops (DIO) team, a driven group of nine professionals consisting of Data Engineers, Data Analysts, a Project Manager, and the Senior Data Analyst Manager. Together, you'll build reliable data and reporting solutions that support the entire organization. You will report directly to the Senior Director Data Infra & Ops.

Your profile

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a data-intensive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, BI technologies (like PBI, Adverity, Snowflake, GQB), and the marketing and media landscape, including campaign data, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from MVP and Proof of Concept through to scalable, mature products.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Wrike.

Skills & competencies

  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset with a focus on both customer value and business objectives.
  • A natural collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages.
  • Decisive, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Affinity with modern data and reporting technologies; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Adverity, and SQL is a strong plus.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary: €4,800 - €7,100 per month, depending on your experience.
