As part of the Platform Product Management team, the Product Manager will drive Acronis’ AI initiatives, building the foundation that powers intelligent automation and innovative products on the Acronis Cyber Protect Platform. This role blends platform thinking with AI innovation and new product development. You will define how AI becomes a core capability within Acronis platform - translating emerging AI technologies into innovative products that solve real customer problems and create measurable value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape AI Product Strategy: Partner with product managers, R&D, and architecture teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI.
- Own AI Products: Drive products from vision and specification through GTM and post-release iteration.
- Drive Product Development: Translate AI initiatives into concrete deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between foundational AI services and customer-facing features.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with engineering, data science, security, design, and GTM teams to define, launch, evaluate and enhance AI-driven experiences.
- Ensure Trustworthy AI: Contribute to principles and guardrails for ethical AI development and data governance, anticipating failure modes and ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Measure & Optimize: Track product outcomes (engagement, retention, ROI) and monitor AI evals and user feedback to iterate and refine AI experiences.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- AI Product Management Experience: 3+ years in product management with direct experience shipping AI products, including managing the full AI product lifecycle from prototype to production.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define and scale AI capabilities supporting multiple product lines or business units, identifying where AI creates real differentiation.
- LLM & Agentic AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs and the application of agentic AI, including multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool use, RAG and fine-tuning. Ability to define and execute AI evaluation strategies that ensure quality and reliability.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and discuss solutions with engineers and architects.
- Prototyping Ability: Hands-on experience validating AI concepts using coding assistants, prompt playgrounds or low-code tools before engineering investment.
- Cybersecurity or IT Expertise: Knowledge of cyber protection, endpoint management, or IT automation domains preferred.
- Execution Excellence: Strong track record of turning complex initiatives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric AI features.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
