The role / impact
You will contribute to a core vertical within our Direct Growth team, specifically tasked with pushing the boundaries of technology to reinvent document intelligence. Your work will directly impact millions of businesses globally by building AI features that offer new capabilities and significantly reduce manual effort in existing workflows.
The team & how they connect You will join a globally distributed team comprised of leadership from major tech backgrounds, with members based in the US, Australia, and Canada. This group collaborates closely with regional GTM teams, engineering, and design to ensure alignment and drive innovation across the business.
The team is currently working on / Initially, the role may focus on
Building AI features that offer new experiences or capabilities within our products.
Reducing manual effort in existing workflows through advanced automation.
Reinventing document intelligence to solve complex customer problems.
Driving commercial results by focusing on customer problems and strategic growth.
Where and how you can work This role is based in Toronto. We believe in a hybrid way of working, balancing time in our office with the flexibility to work from home.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
You bring a strong background in product management, specifically including strategy setting and execution.
Experience managing AI or ML products is essential, ideally with a focus on document intelligence or business intelligence tools.
You possess a track record of leading initiatives that span single or smaller product launches.
Building trusted relationships with Engineering, Design, and regional GTM teams comes naturally to you.
You thrive in complex environments and have the ability to frame solutions and execute confidently even when facing ambiguity.
A proactive mindset is key, allowing you to identify dependencies early and challenge the status quo with a sense of urgency.
