The Opportunity

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Laboratory Analytics to define and lead product strategy for AI-enabled analytics capabilities that support the evolving needs of modern laboratories. This role will be instrumental in shaping solutions that help customers move beyond static reporting toward predictive, intelligent, and action-oriented decision support.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of product leadership, market understanding, customer empathy, and innovation mindset. What You Will Do

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered laboratory analytics solutions within the Clinisys portfolio.

  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities that create meaningful value for laboratories across operational performance, workflow optimization, quality improvement, resource utilization, and business outcomes.

  • Engage deeply with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to understand pain points, unmet needs, and evolving market expectations.

  • Translate customer and market insights into clear product direction, use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

  • Champion an AI-first product approach, identifying opportunities for predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, conversational experiences, generative AI, and workflow decision support.

  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, architecture, UX, and domain teams to deliver scalable, secure, and usable analytics solutions.

  • Lead product discovery and validation activities, including customer interviews, concept testing, pilot definition, and business case development.

  • Ensure product priorities align with broader company strategy, customer impact, commercial opportunity, and technical feasibility.

  • Support go-to-market readiness by partnering with sales, marketing, services, and customer success teams on positioning, messaging, enablement, and adoption strategies.

  • Define and monitor key success metrics including adoption, usage, retention, customer value realization, and business performance.

  • Act as a strategic voice for the future of analytics and AI within the laboratory domain, helping Clinisys maintain leadership in innovation and customer value.

What You Will Bring

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven experience in product management, with strong ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

  • Experience with analytics, AI/ML, decision support, or data-driven software solutions.

  • Experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, diagnostics, life sciences, or other complex workflow-based software environments is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, data science, commercial, and customer-facing teams.

  • Strong ability to convert complex business and technical challenges into well-defined product opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $160,000 - $200,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed remotely or in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of office routine

  • 50% Travel may be required

  • Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours

  • Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions

  • Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization

  • May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements
