Lead the DBA team and deliver Oracle database consultancy, implementations, migrations, upgrades and support for healthcare solutions. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, patching, backup/recovery (RMAN), performance tuning, RAC administration, disaster recovery design, customer-facing consultancy, pre-sales input, training, and on-call support. Promote AI/automation opportunities and collaborate with development and technical teams to improve scalability, reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead delivery of large-scale healthcare software implementations across NHS Trusts and hospitals. Manage full project lifecycle, governance, risks, budgets, schedules, customer acceptance, and handovers while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers. Drive process improvements and apply AI tools to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi‑year SaaS integration and migration programs for laboratory software. Drive AI‑enabled planning, risk mitigation, cross‑functional alignment, operational readiness, and measurable outcomes (ARR retention, reduced churn, lower cost‑to‑serve). Communicate with executives and coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success.

Sell Clinisys Laboratory Solutions to new enterprise accounts across North America. Build and execute strategic pipelines, manage CRM (NetSuite), deliver presentations, close complex deals, engage C-level stakeholders, and meet/exceed new-logo sales quotas. Install, configure, integrate and deliver Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS); act as technical SME and customer contact; manage small projects, upgrades and handovers; provide training; identify technical risks and optimisation opportunities including AI/data-driven improvements; liaise between customers and development teams.

Lead strategy and growth for Clinisys Ordering solutions across the UK. Define product vision, prioritise AI and data-driven features, drive commercial adoption, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory and clinical alignment. Use telemetry and customer insight to optimise outcomes and deliver high-impact, market-leading diagnostic informatics.

Develop PL/SQL and C# code and Telerik reports for the Clinisys CLS LIMS platform, perform alpha testing, demonstrate deliverables to clients, leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, support implementations, mentor peers, and assist with process improvements while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Lead development and execution of multi-channel regional marketing programs across North America, focusing on events, demand generation, content, and brand alignment. Manage digital assets, campaign performance, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with sales and product. Leverage AI tools for content and optimization, ensure regulatory (FDA QSR, ISO13485) compliance of materials, and drive analytics-based improvements to increase leads, pipeline, and brand awareness.

Serve as an Anatomic Pathology domain SME on the product team to analyze and document requirements for Clinisys Laboratory Solution, define features and user stories, manage backlog and releases, ensure regulatory compliance, apply responsible generative AI to product workflows, support sales/bids, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality LIS software enhancements.

Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting target accounts via calls and multichannel outreach, qualifying inbound leads, documenting interactions in CRM, scheduling meetings for sales reps, and collaborating with territory reps to build pipeline. Maintain product knowledge, use AI tools to support outreach, and meet growth targets.

Implement and configure Clinisys laboratory solutions (GLIMS, Genetic module, DaVinci, CyberLab). Perform business analysis, data architecture, gap-fit workshops, testing, validation, training, handovers, upgrades, and on-site customer support. Manage small projects/sub-projects, coordinate with project/customer services managers, document work in MIA, and support sales and support teams as needed.

Design, build, test and deploy cloud-enabled diagnostic informatics software across multiple subsystems. Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, document solutions, research new tools, and recommend improvements for scalability, CI/CD, and quality. Collaborate with engineering and operations on deployments and product modernization.

Lead regional product strategy and roadmap for Clinical Lab and Blood Transfusion Management across Europe (excl. UKI). Drive AI‑first, data‑led product decisions, voice-of-customer discovery, backlog prioritization, go-to-market alignment, and KPI-driven growth while ensuring clinical safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional delivery.

Install, configure, and integrate laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS). Act as technical lead on customer projects, manage small sub-projects, deliver training, document work, identify technical and data risks (including AI-related), and support adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions to optimize laboratory workflows.

Implement, configure, and support application and instrument interfaces for the CLS platform using C# and PL/SQL. Build file-based and data-stream integrations, parsers, translators, and API/HL7 connectivity. Execute tasks via intake systems, perform end-to-end testing, leverage AI-assisted tools for automation, and ensure timely, repeatable, high-quality interface deliveries.
