Overview

The Microsoft Agentic Security organization is building the next generation of AI-powered security solutions, rethinking how security work gets done in the era of AI. As part of the Microsoft Agentic Security organization, the Project Perception team is pioneering a new security paradigm that combines frontier AI models, security expertise, knowledge graphs, and deep security context to transform how defenders detect, investigate, and respond to threats.

The Perception Platform is the shared builder and operating foundation for Microsoft Security's premium agents, playbooks, and end-to-end agentic experiences. The platform enables teams across Defender, Intune, Entra, Purview, Exposure Management, OneSOC, and adjacent security experiences to build differentiated outcomes on one reusable platform contract rather than recreating common infrastructure. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product strategy and definition for key areas of Perception Platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, security research, data science, business planning, and product teams across Microsoft Security to translate customer needs and emerging AI capabilities into a clear roadmap. You will define customer and business outcomes, make prioritization decisions, shape reusable platform capabilities and experiences, and take features from discovery through launch and measurable adoption.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
