Your future team
As a Senior Product Manager working in the Jira Service Management team at Atlassian, you will join one of Atlassian's fastest growing products, and work on the mission to unlock Service Agent productivity to deliver exceptional support.
Your focus will be on building the right thing - figure out how best to bring the power of AI to transform how teams provide service. AI is a fast moving space, so we expect a lot of exploration, experimentation, validation of hypotheses through customer research to figure out the right solutions for the problems our customers are facing. This is awesome opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the evolution of AI for Jira Service Management.
Reporting to the Senior Group Product Manager of the Support Mission, your work will directly impact tens of thousands of customers and hundreds of thousands of users.
Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap execution for agent productivity powered by AI in JSM
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, including our Cloud Platform team as well as work closely with other Product Managers in JSM.
  • Set clear goals, make decisions and communicate crisply to your team, to leaders across Atlassian and to our customers and partners
  • Ship ideas from start to finish, while still being able to see a bet no working out, quickly retrench and refocus on alternative options with more promise.
  • Move fast to validate hypotheses by capturing key insights from customers, reading signals from the market and experiment iteratively.
  • Run multiple early access and beta programs to learn by shipping.


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience at a fast growing, product led software company, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
  • BE/BS/BA with emphasis in Software Engineering or Design (MBA is preferable)
  • Deep domain experience in ITSM or ESM industry, with at least 3 years of service management experience
  • You have a strong recent experience in building and shipping AI products in the ITSM or ESM space
  • You have prior success in breaking down big problem spaces, setting product vision and strategy and leading teams in launching excellent products
  • You have a flair for good user experience with strong customer empathy and a track record of working with designers
  • You relish the challenge of translating deep technical challenges and insights from data into business and customer value propositions
  • You are an experienced Product Manager with strong craft skills and have worked effectively with hybrid or fully remote teams.
